Service Description
FreshStart provides professional clean out and junk removal services for both residential and commercial properties throughout Arlington, TX and surrounding areas. We handle property clean-outs efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail. Our services include: • Office and commercial clean-outs • Apartment and rental turnovers • Foreclosure and eviction clean-ups • Furniture and appliance removal • Storage unit clean-outs • Garage and property clean-outs • Construction debris removal • Bulk trash and unwanted item removal Each project is different. Pricing is determined based on volume, weight, type of materials, labor requirements, access conditions, and disposal fees. A quote is required prior to scheduling service. Once the quote is approved, a 20% deposit is required to secure your service date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the clean-out or removal service. FreshStart is committed to dependable scheduling, professional execution, and responsible disposal practices.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your scheduled service date, FreshStart Cleaning & Removal requires a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and covers scheduling and labor allocation costs. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit. No-show appointments will result in a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. FreshStart Cleaning & Removal reserves the right to enforce this policy to protect scheduling, staffing, and service availability.
