Service Description
FreshStart provides reliable commercial cleaning services tailored to businesses of every size. We service office spaces, retail environments, medical offices, warehouses, apartment complexes, and property management facilities throughout Arlington, TX and surrounding areas. Our services may include, but are not limited to: • General office cleaning • Restroom sanitation • Floor care (mopping, buffing, vacuuming) • Trash removal • Interior glass cleaning • Entryway & common area detailing • Move-in / move-out commercial cleanings Every facility is different. Pricing is customized based on square footage, frequency of service, scope of work, and access requirements. A written quote will be provided prior to scheduling service. Once the quote is approved, a 20% deposit is required to secure your service date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your scheduled service date, FreshStart Cleaning & Removal requires a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and covers scheduling and labor allocation costs. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit. No-show appointments will result in a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. FreshStart Cleaning & Removal reserves the right to enforce this policy to protect scheduling, staffing, and service availability.
