FreshStart provides dependable residential cleaning services throughout Arlington, TX and surrounding areas. We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in / move-out services designed to keep your home fresh, organized, and professionally maintained. Standard Cleaning Includes: • Kitchen surface cleaning and sanitizing • Bathroom cleaning and disinfecting • Dusting of furniture and surfaces • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Trash removal • General tidying and reset of living spaces Deep Cleaning Includes: All standard cleaning services plus detailed attention to high-touch and buildup areas, including: • Baseboards and trim • Door frames and light fixtures • Detailed bathroom scrubbing • Interior cabinet fronts • Extra buildup removal in kitchens and bathrooms Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: A thorough top-to-bottom cleaning designed to prepare the home for new occupancy, ensuring the space is refreshed and ready. Pricing varies based on home size, condition, and selected services. Optional add-on services are available during booking for additional detailing needs. A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. Cancellation Policy
To reserve your scheduled service date, FreshStart Cleaning & Removal requires a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and covers scheduling and labor allocation costs. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit. No-show appointments will result in a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. FreshStart Cleaning & Removal reserves the right to enforce this policy to protect scheduling, staffing, and service availability.
